Looking at that clip and hearing Ol' Hillary chant "Yes we will!" I was reminded of someone holding a a baby or puppy up, rubbing its nose, and talking in that cutesy, cuddly, babyish nonsense tone one makes to waifs.
"Are we gonna vote for Hillawee? Yes we will, Yes we will!"
