Err, what context was this set in? Was this something that she made up on the toilet seat yesterday, or was this a song that they used to sing when she was young and she now finds it ironic when compared to what happened on the 4th? Or does it make her long for the old days like so many other people.
There isn't enough "there" there to comment, so I won't.
After showing this to some friends, and watching this clip over and over, I notice that she does not want the 'nigger' to be caught. Maybe she was having an affair with this person and was warning him to get away. 'Paddy' could be the old paddywagon.
I've just come to realize that, possibly because of his law enforcement skills, One Man has an uncanny knack for finding the illest shit in the deepest recesses of Youtube!
